The Motor Garage is a digital garage for the vehicles you own and have owned. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and who processes it.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, a handle, an optional display name and avatar. Used to sign you in and identify your garage.
• Your content: the vehicles you add (year, make, model, trim, colours, VIN if you enter it), specs, build entries, service records, photos, documents and notes. This is the product; it is stored so you can see it on your devices.
• Purchases: if you buy Pro Garage, Apple sends us a signed receipt so we can unlock it. We never see your payment details.
• Diagnostics: none. The app contains no analytics or advertising SDKs.

Who processes it

• Supabase hosts the database and file storage (United States).
• fal.ai renders studio images of your car. To do that we send the vehicle's year, make, model, trim, colours and, for edits and 360° views, the current image of the car. Nothing else is sent.
• Anthropic provides factory specifications and body-generation details. We send the vehicle's year, make, model and trim, and for render checking, the generated image.
• NHTSA vPIC (a US government service) decodes VINs you enter.
• Apple processes purchases and TestFlight distribution.

None of these providers receive your email, your documents, or your photos except as described above, and none are permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing the service.

Sharing

Your garage is private by default. If you turn on the public garage page, the vehicles, specs and images you choose become visible to anyone with the link. You can turn it off at any time.

Retention and deletion

Your data is kept while your account exists. Delete your account from Settings in the app and every vehicle, photo, document, spec and profile row is removed, along with your stored files. Verified purchase records are kept only as required to honour restores and refunds.

Children

The Motor Garage is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
